Worm pie anyone?

The Leopards have been learning about minibeasts and making their own information books.  They made worm pie by melting mud and adding lots of lovely juicy worms.  

 They had to stir the mixture really fast to stop the mud from setting before the worms were added.

 Doesn't it look delicious?

The role play was turned into a minibeast explorers where the children went in search of minibeasts, they used binoculars and glasses to help them find the small minibeasts.

 The explorers ended up hunting outside too-using walkie talkies to communicate with each other.
