 Our new log seats being made - don't they look fab?

The children have loved our new log seats and stumps which have been used to sit on and define different areas of the outdoor classroom.
As the outdoor area continues to be developed the children are enjoying participating in a variety of different activities.

Our logs proved interesting when they first arrived.

 The children have been making lots of different sculptures and patterns using the stones, twigs, beads and natural materials.

some have been working on their own whilst others worked in pairs and threes chatting about what materials they were going to use next.

 Have we got the next Andy Goldsworthy at Westways?

The dinosaurs have arrived in our small world area.

Now that our daffodils which we planted in the Autumn have flowered we have been drawing and painting them.
