Adventure Ted sees the Olympic Torch

 It was finally Mrs Hitchens turn to take Adventure Ted home!  He heard that the cubs were going to see the scout leader as he had been chosen to carry the torch.  We met a policeman called Richard who used to go to Westways when he was little.

 We waved our flag waiting for the torch to come past.

 There were lots of police on motorbikes and in cars.

 Hooray the torch finally came past.  It was a long wait but Adventure Ted was very excited to see it -he says it may not happen again!
