Worms in blood anyone?

Tigers have been looking at the story the Grunt and the Grouch this week.  The two trolls love eating revolting things like ear wax, worms, bogeys and all lovely creatures.  We have been writing revolting menus, painting potions, making our own potions in our role play and even making and eating worms in blood- yummy! 

We had to make sure the worms didn't escape by stirring them up.

 We added tomatoes, pepper and onions to make the worms taste a bit sweeter.

 The worms had a mixed reaction today with only half the children asking for second helpings.

 Still time for a quick castle build in between cooking.
